Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private workspace on the main floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The living room has a sleeper sofa. All mattresses are brand new. The open-concept living area features a cozy fireplace, sectional sofa, leather sitting chairs, and warm wood-paneled walls. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Keurig DUO coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cookware, dishes, and silverware. The wooden dining table seats six. The main bathroom was recently remodeled. A half bath connects to the primary bedroom. Fresh towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries are provided. Outdoor spaces include a private boat dock on the canal for mooring your boat or fishing directly from the property, multiple decks with comfortable lounge seating and tables overlooking the water, a backyard fire pit with benches, and a propane BBQ grill.
